An intensive Training & Masterclass organized by Strategy Tools, in cooperation with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), was held at CDT HUB.

Over three days of intensive work, participants – ranging from GP/LP partners, VC analysts, corporate VC teams, and family offices, to experienced angels and emerging GPs – went through the entire lifecycle of a VC fund.

Through a combination of lectures, real-life case studies, and an extensive Fund Manager simulation, participants mastered:

• The design and validation of an investment thesis
• Portfolio construction and investment dynamics
• GP/LP relations and fee structures
• Fund operations management and DPI metrics

The intensive format, practical tools, and small-group dynamics enabled participants to gain valuable experience and actionable knowledge for further fund management.
