Last night, CDT HUB hosted a lecture titled "Lizard Optimization", organized by Practical UX. This unique event captured the attention of professionals in design and product development, offering a practical introduction to a method that combines research, analytics, and product experimentation.

Gojko Adžić, renowned author of Lizard Optimization, Impact Mapping, and Specification by Example, as well as the founder or co-founder of platforms such as Narakeet, MindMup, and Votito, shared his extensive experience and insights. Through a case study, Adžić demonstrated how this method contributed to an extraordinary growth of 500 times, enabling companies to better understand their users' needs and optimize their products based on real-world data.

Participants had the opportunity to learn how this approach can enhance user experience and to engage in an interactive discussion moderated by Milovan Jovičić.
